Upkeep is a UK-based WordPress support, website design and maintenance service for businesses that just want their website looked after properly. We fix WordPress websites, maintain them, host them, improve them and build new ones.

Upkeep might be a new service, but the team behind it certainly isn’t. We’re powered by Think Creative, an established digital and creative agency with more than two decades of experience designing, building and looking after websites.
Over the years we’ve worked across WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, WPBakery, custom themes and all sorts of inherited website setups.
That experience taught us that not every website problem needs to become a massive project. Sometimes you just need someone dependable to keep everything working.
That’s what Upkeep was born for.
Lead Developer
Ben is the Lead Developer behind Upkeep and Think Creative, managing the development team and keeping the technical side of things moving. He's particularly interested in web performance and the finer details that make a website faster, more reliable and nicer to use. If something isn't behaving as it should, he's usually already looking into why.
Account Lead
Josh looks after our clients and keeps projects moving in the right direction. Having experienced digital projects from the client, business-owner and agency sides of the table, he understands what businesses actually need from their websites. He's also our resident SEO guru, with a keen eye for helping the right people find them.
Production Manager & Developer
Mark is Think Creative's Production Manager, with two decades of hands-on WordPress and WooCommerce experience. Having built and maintained websites using every popular page builder, he brings a practical understanding of how WordPress sites are built, how they age and what it takes to keep them running smoothly.
Web Developer
Dan specialises in Elementor, front-end development and creating smooth digital experiences. As the principal developer behind our Elementor website framework, he brings together design implementation and technical problem-solving, building custom plugins and functionality to make sure our websites do exactly what they need to.
Web Developer
Carl is one of our technical developers, with a methodical approach and a strong understanding of what makes websites work beneath the surface. He looks at a project from both sides, considering how people will actually use it while making sure the programming and functionality behind it all hold together.
Managing Director
Phil brings over 40 years of computing experience to Think Creative and Upkeep. As Managing Director, his expertise spans programming, hosting infrastructure, server management and website maintenance, making sure the technical foundations are properly looked after while the rest of us get on with making things look good.
Designer
Emma oversees the visual direction of our work across brand and digital. Her experience in graphic design, print and animation helps her create considered, cohesive experiences where websites, identities and supporting materials all work together as part of the same visual world.
Designer
Jordan combines graphic design and illustration with practical experience working in WordPress. She helps extend brand identities into digital spaces through iconography, illustrations and supporting graphics, making sure the smaller visual details contribute to a cohesive experience across the whole website.
Creative Director
Rob runs the show at Think Creative, leading everything from brand strategy and creative direction to digital projects. Having designed and delivered countless websites and identities over the years, he knows a thing or two about what makes a good website, what makes a frustrating one, and when it's worth fixing what you've already got.
Upkeep is a service powered by Think Creative. Think specialises in larger strategic brand and digital projects: complex websites, bespoke platforms, Laravel development, eCommerce, branding and digital transformation.
Upkeep handles the more practical end of the spectrum: WordPress support, maintenance, hosting, improvements and straightforward website builds.
